“Making it Work (On-the-job Training in Apprenticeship)” is an
essential guide that helps you to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the key people
involved in apprenticeship training:
This pocket-sized, 46-page coil bound booklet is printed on
waterproof, tear-resistant paper so that it is a useful day-to-day tool for the apprentice,
the supervising journeyperson and the employer. It is written in plain language and is
available in four formats: English, French and customized versions which meet the needs
of the Aboriginal community: Aboriginal English and Aboriginal French.
