Tony Fanelli, is the Manager of Labour Relations at Bantrel Constructors. Bantrel Constructors Co. is one of Canada’s largest engineering, procurement and construction companies in the industrial sectors of oil and gas, mining, petro-chemical, power generation and pipeline. In his presentation, Mr. Fanelli speaks to Bantrel Constructor’s Apprentice Mentoring Program and how it ensures commitment to apprenticeship training even in challenging economic times.
